Meet Carmen Thomas

Born and raised in Lexington, NC, I joined CCIA in June 2025. I’ve been licensed in Property & Casualty insurance since 2022 and am passionate about helping clients navigate their insurance needs while building strong, lasting relationships.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband, family, and friends, as well as gardening and traveling. I’m also actively involved in my church community. I’m excited to be part of the CCIA team and look forward to serving such a wonderful community.
